Templates and policies
Starting templates for the documents DPDP work keeps needing. Every file is a practical recommendation, not legal advice: it tracks the exact provisions it answers, keeps bracketed placeholders for your facts, and expects review by your legal counsel before use.
These are starting templates. They encode the structure the official text requires, not the judgment your situation needs. The provisions each template tracks sit in the eighteen month commencement group; the computed date of 13 May 2027 is interpretation until officially confirmed.

Privacy notice starting template
The privacy notice is better built than downloaded: the generator assembles it from your own data items, purposes and links, section by section against the Rule 3 minimums, and gives you the file.
Each downloaded file repeats its provision references and its commencement position, so the context travels with the document. If a template misstates anything, the corrections page is the fastest way to reach us.
