For the Rules, yes: the official Gazette issue is bilingual, and pages 1 to 23 of the same PDF are the Hindi text, notification सा.का.नि. 846(अ). For the Act, the Gazette print listed here is the English text, and this archive does not yet hold a verified Hindi text of the Act, so none is linked.
Is the Gazette PDF the final text of the DPDP Rules?
Yes, as against the draft: G.S.R. 846(E) is the text of the Rules as notified in the Gazette. Read it with the corrigendum G.S.R. 892(E), dated 10 December 2025 and printed in Gazette No. 806 dated 11 December 2025, which makes 8 textual corrections to the English text. The draft Rules, G.S.R. 02(E) of 3 January 2025, are a different document: they were published for public objections and suggestions, and the final Rules were made after that consultation.
