Does the DPDP notice have to be in 22 languages? What section 5(3) actually says
Section 5(3) gives the Data Principal the option to access the notice in English or any language in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution. That is a readiness duty for the Data Fiduciary, not a duty to publish every notice in 22 languages at once, and the difference changes how you build.
